It’s not Christmas without mince pies, and Santa needs his little snack when he stops by here on Christmas Eve, so I thought I’d have a little go of making some myself this year. I did some googling, and after reading what seemed like far too many instructions, I thought I’d just buy everything ready made and do it that way. Still better than shop bought….. I hope!

 And there you have it. Now, where is the Baileys….!
