Freya Active
On the mission to get the sexy, toned shape I’m after, it’s become my new thing to find exercise I like. *cough* apparently shopping & sex don’t count, who knew….?
But, being slightly blessed in the chest department leaves some exercising off the menu so to speak, which is where Freya Lingerie stepped in! They very kindly sent me some goodies from the Active range, the Red Sports Top & the black Active Sport Pants.
The sports top comes with a built in, underwired bra, with proper clasps at the back, as well as on the shoulder. Little tip, the shoulder clasps take some getting used to, especially if you have both undone at once! It gets easier though! The top is stretchy lycra, meaning everything is held in place and there is no ridiculous bouncing. Thank god.
Both the top & the leggings have Polygiene, which is an active odour control technology, meaning they stay odour free for their entire lifetime, and because you don’t need to wash them as much, they last longer. It also has coolmax fabric technology. So it’s really not just a pretty face.
The pants/leggings are 3/4 length (they were slightly shorter on me, just on my knee but I have long legs) an elastic waistband & have a neat little pocket at the back with a zip. I asked the husband what I would put in there and when he replied with “your key” I have to admit I thought he meant house keys, not a locker key…. yeah, yeah. I’m not embarassed to admit it! Size wise, I went for a M as I am a size 14, and they’re the perfect fit. They’re not something you want too baggy or tight as you’ll lose the benefit I think.
So, there we have it. I now look the part when I’m exercising, which will hopefully mean that it’ll start becoming natural to me and I’ll be running round the aerodrome looking fit & glamorous. I won’t mention the state I looked after a session of Kettlebells, because that was hardcore!
Both items can be purchased from Freya here. The Sports top costs £56.00 & the Pants are £42.00, I was sent one of each to test & try out.
